30-Day Easy Returns
You have 30 days from delivery date to request a return.

Return Conditions
Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective.

How to Start a Return
1. Email us at Trendflux1122@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We will provide return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back.

Refunds
Refunds issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the return. Refund goes to original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days with photos. We will send a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, perishable goods, personal care items (for hygiene reasons).
